Dengue and Chikungunya:

It has been a while now that I did not post anything so far,sorry to all my readers for my delay.I was quite busy for few days as I was focussing on my freelancing job which I joined few months ago.

Anyways, today I have something to share with all of you which concerning our health,people now a days are very much aware of the "Dengue"and "Chikungunya" which are health hazard and deathly if not handled properly in the earlier state.One should always take his or her health seriously and do not play with it,always consult a doctor whenever you felt ill.


Today I am going to share with you some of the effective home remedies for treating them when you find out that you have either of them.

It is quite hard to avoid the mosquito bite wherever you are,but only if you always cover your whole body and sometimes it is not that possible to do.Below are some of the remedies:

-Tulsi leaves are very effective in treating chikungunya fever,so what you have to do is take 5-6 leaves and then boil them for few minutes and then drink this water after having your meal, try to have this concoction 2-3 times a day and see the fever reduce in no time.It also boost your immunity.

-Next is having coconut water which help in detoxifying the lever and make a patient recovery fast.This is helpful in both the illness;Dengue as well as Chikungunya.


-Application of paste made from garlic and clove oil to your join will relieve the pain in them.


-Juice of "Pomegranate" will also help in this situation.


-Last but not the least take plenty of rest.
