To Stay away from common cold

Hi to all my lovely readers,first of all thank you for stopping by and read my blog.I will love you all even more if you could lend some time to leave a comment on my blog or just drop few lines or ask me any question concerning my blog contents and I will try my best to get the answer to you.
Anyways today I would like to give some useful health tips to stay away from cold and cough without taking any kind of supplements and this is what I do almost everyday(I said almost every day because I sometimes got up late so I kind of forget to take but this is not good and I am trying to avoid that mistake)
Alright before you getting bore; here are the things you need:



1/2  piece of lemon







    1-2 tbsp. of honey













    a glass of lukewarm water












Mix everything above and drink first thing in the morning,also try to drink 1-2 glass of water after that.This will keep your cold away and also your system will thank you for doing so.

This will surely detox your system and make you ready for the day.
