Pollution

Nowadays there are pollution everywhere, but how would one stay healthy even after facing high pollution in the air.

Air Pollution
 First of all you should get up early in the morning and before sunrise,yeah,yeah,I know what you folks are thinking but it is a fact and you cannot deny it that getting up early in the morning really is a good thing. Don't you agree!

So if you really wish to be healthy so get up at once and focus seriously on your health.

Start from going to the park nearby or if by any chance you do not have a park nearby then don't worry just do your regular exercise which you feel comfortable doing it and believe me you will still get good benefits out of that anyway.

Healthy Diets

Apart from exercise one should also take a good proper diet of fresh fruits and vegetables.I know,I know,you all must be thinking again the same old article that keep on and on and on (blah,blah,blah) but see, you can not deny it coz its a fact.
If you really wish to be healthy then you will definitely have to accept the truth that nothing come to you easily,you will have to work hard to achieve it.

Group Exercise in the park
Sitting and doing nothing and hoping that you will be fit and healthy isn't going to happen and also good health will not come to you overnight,you will really have to commit to yourself that you will follow what is best for you.

So from now on please make a promise to yourself  that you will try every possible ways to safeguard your health because only you can do it but no one else can.
